Velvet top from the Victorian Era. Amazingly constructed. Cropped style. Boning construction on inside. Bordeaux red color with black embroidered  piping detail on front. Cross over side hook and eye closures. High collar. Molten sleeves with embroidered piping detail. Great condition considering age. Small wear spots on the front. (Skirt shown sold separately.)
